About team member - Amanda Hitchcock, BSN, RN

     Offering more than 20 years of experience with procedural nursing specialties, Amanda incorporates that knowledge into establishing a cohesive medical practice that delivers exceptional patient care and fosters a positive environment for employees. She effectively applies a balance of thinking processes, that originate from an analytical and imaginative mind, to guide her decision making skills. Throughout her nursing career, she has served diverse patient populations that began in a small southern town in Tennessee, to then a highly transient military community along Virginia’s beach and now to the people of Phoenix’s vast desert metropolis. 

     She recognizes the difficulties that can exist when navigating US healthcare systems, but remains passionate about the advocation that all people deserve access to quality care that’s centered on individual health needs and life circumstances. She resolutely believes that inherent value is best realized when unified efforts prioritize and maintain their integrity. That belief is her primary why for being a team member of The Group Gastro.
